How To Play SteamBirds Game?

SteamBirds is a game about little planes seen from the top. You do not fly in real time. You plan moves and then watch them happen. Your planes slide over the map while enemy planes do the same.

You pick each plane and draw a path in front of it. You can curve the line to turn or keep it straight for a fast pass. After you set all paths, you press go. Both sides move and shoot at the same time. If your guess about the enemy was right, your shots hit, and you stay safe.

Some stages tell you to knock out all enemy planes. Others ask you to protect a friend. Your planes have health bars, so you try not to take too many hits. Powerups can heal or speed you up. The graphics use soft colors and steam-style art. The game feels like a slow, thoughtful board game with flying machines.
