Vikings vs Monsters is a game where you help Viking heroes keep their village safe. Monsters walk in from the edge of the screen. Your job is to place Viking fighters so they stop the monsters before they reach the homes. The art looks bright and fun, with small warriors and creatures.
You control four main heroes in Vikings vs Monsters. One hero likes to fight up close. Another uses a bow. Another has special powers that slow enemies. After each wave, you earn points. You spend those points to make your heroes stronger. Stronger heroes hit harder, live longer, and handle bigger monsters.
Waves start easy, then slowly get harder. At first, almost any plan works. Later, you need to think more about where you place each hero. If a dragon flies over your front fighters, an archer in the back can help. You might replay a level and move a hero a little to fix a weak spot. When your plan works, and the monsters fall before the village, it feels great.
